Exalt 2011 Finals
The Grand Finale for Exalt! 2011 was on Friday 8/5/11 at CPCC's Halton Theatre in Charlotte, NC.
The spirit of the Lord was there! Hope you were too.
Based on votes from the judges and audience members, the following were awarded:
1st Place: Bridge (Ken Fuquay, Heidi Dove & Earleen Hicks). They sang "More Than Wonderful" - and they truly were wonderful! Their 2nd song was "The Promise." The audience was overwhelmed by their harmonies. Bridge received $1,000.
2nd Place: Brandon Kelley. He sang an original song called "Superhero." It was a tribute to our Savior. His 2nd song was also an original called "In Your Hands." He accompanied himself on the Guitar. Brandon was awarded a weekend for 2 at the Ocean Plaza Resort on Tybee Island, GA.
3rd Place: Leslie Beaver. She sang "What Would I Do"? and "Shine the Light." Leslie began singing as a child with PTL Ministries and her gift continues to grow. Leslie won 2 tickets to Christian Music Day at Carowinds in October 2011.

I just want to drop a note of congratulations to you for the Exalt worship event last night. I also congratulate Bridge as winners of Exalt!!! They were wonderful and sincere in their worship. There is no doubt in my mind that God was pleased with the acts of worship & praise shown to Him during the entire evening.
You are all His beautiful, obedient, and gifted servants.
It was an amazing experience and I am so glad that God put it on my heart to volunteer for the event. I was blessed to be a part of it and enjoyed the incredible talent of everyone.
Thank you, Jane and Lisa for your amazing generosity, prayers, and faithful obedience, and thank you to all the contestants and volunteers, making EXALT possible!
